Vallagio at Inverness, Arapahoe County, CO
MNA provided substantial engineering support for Metropolitan Home’s subdivision: Vallagio at Inverness. Located on the Inverness Golf Course, the 30-acre development features five condominium buildings with a total of 240 units as well as 14 townhomes, with nine luxury units facing the golf course. This residential project was completed in April of 2009.
Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center, Colorado Springs, Co
Working with David Owen of Tryba Architects™, we provided civil engineering consulting for the renovation and expansion of the Fine Art Center in Colorado Springs. The existing 25,000-sq.-ft. historic structure is inward-facing while the new 42,000-sq.-ft. is envisioned to allow patrons to look across and through the various spaces. With the support of our structural and architectural consultants, we aim to enhance the artwork at the gallery.

United Artists King of Prussia Stadium, King of Prussia, PA
The new 81,365-sq.-ft. theater complex features 16 separate stadium-style theaters, including eight 70mm theaters that can be converted to IMAX. As part of this commercial project, our team was required to include a steel framework and 60-ft high specialty masonry walls. Some of the unique challenges we faced were the design of the arched glass entrance and placing the stadium seating on an elevated structure to meet the tight deadlines.
The Dakota Lofts, Denver, CO
This mixed-use building located in Denver’s Highland neighborhood features 61 condominium lofts with prime commercial space at street level. Our engineering firm assisted with various aspects of the project, including the roof and floor framing designs, foundation design, grading, utility, and drainage improvements. We also handled the construction administration for the project.
